In LoL or Free Fire, where reaction time matters, going from 60 to 120 or 144 fps is noticeable — but only if your monitor can show them. Here’s what makes people buy the wrong part. Three of these four games depend far more on the processor than on the graphics card.
LoL, Roblox and emulated Free Fire are built to run on modest hardware, and lean mostly on one fast core. The practical consequence is awkward but useful: fitting a more expensive GPU won’t raise your fps in LoL. If money is tight, it goes further on the processor and RAM.

Those are the figures Garena publishes for mobile, and on a computer you aren’t running Free Fire: you’re running Windows, plus an Android emulator, plus Free Fire inside it. That whole stack weighs considerably more than the game alone.
Translated into what you actually need on a PC: 8GB of RAM to be comfortable (with 4GB, the emulator and Windows fight over memory), and a quad-core processor. The emulator’s virtualisation is the heaviest part, and it’s worth enabling in the BIOS — it shows up as Intel VT-x or AMD-V — because without it the emulator still works, but much more slowly.

Roblox: the lowest bar on this list
Roblox literally asks for 1GB of RAM as a minimum and DirectX 10 support — specs from over a decade ago. Roblox recommends a computer less than 5 years old with a dedicated graphics card, or a laptop less than 3 years old with integrated graphics, for the best experience. Any PC built in the last five years, including the cheapest one on this site, runs Roblox without issue.
With one important caveat that figure hides: Roblox isn’t a game, it’s a platform with millions of user-made experiences, and each one demands its own thing. The official requirements are the client’s, not the content’s. A simple experience runs on anything; some of the most ambitious ones — huge maps, heavy physics, dozens of players — can put an integrated-graphics machine under real strain.
If you or your kid always play the same two or three experiences, the real requirement is theirs, not the client’s. And since Roblox is free, the most reliable way to find out is to install it and test on the machine you already have before buying anything.
